The Opportunity We are seeking a Sr. Field Clinical Specialist to work Remotely covering our Midwest and Central Southern region for our Vascular division. The Sr. Field Clinical Specialist has comprehensive knowledge in the area of Medical Affairs. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects. Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. What You’ll Work On - As the Specialist in the Medical Affairs Sub-Function, considered as a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization in overseeing the direction, planning, execution, clinical trials/research and the data collection activities. - Contributes to implementation of clinical protocols, and facilitates completion of final reports. - Recruits clinical investigators and negotiates study design and costs. - Responsible for directing human clinical trials, phases III & IV for company products under development. - Participates in adverse event reporting and safety responsibilities monitoring. - Coordinates and provides reporting information for reports submitted to the regulatory agencies. - Monitors adherence to protocols by clinicians within a clinical setting - Monitors and determines study completion. - Coordinates and oversees investigator initiations and group studies. - May participate in adverse event reporting and safety responsibilities monitoring. - May act as consultant/liaison with other corporations when working under licensing agreements. • Contribute to the execution of the service strategy and service growth • Deliver timely, high-quality, cost-effective service offerings and solutions • Execute service work in accordance with Hitachi Energy standards • Deliver quality customer service to prestigious customers • Identify new service opportunities • Coordinate service activities on site while monitoring health and safety and quality standards • Handle high-voltage service activities, including installation, commissioning, refurbishments, device replacements, and routine maintenance • Optimize resources to meet delivery and performance targets • Maintain project site documentation and checklists, prepare reports, and resolve site issues • Provide feedback for effective new solutions

• Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) • Handles customer comments, requests and complaints • Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job • Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT), and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documents • Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Service Management • Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job • Provides 'Project Support' as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime • Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices. • Leads others in completing tasks in accordance with procedures and applicable codes and/or standards • May serve as the on-site supervisor to the field service crew and for reporting back to Service management • Assists as needed with the development of procedural requirements for current and future jobs
