• Responsible for performing the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and testing of TechnipFMC and customer equipment on oil drilling and production units. • Works on an on-call basis in both offshore and onshore environments, nationally and internationally. • Installs and performs interventions on subsea equipment in offshore environments (TH, ANM, THD, MCV, among others). • Establishes and maintains communication with customer representatives regarding technical procedures, spare parts requirements, and critical operational data. • Completes field service reports following each service intervention. • Supports new projects, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and System Integration Tests (SIT).
• Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) • Handles customer comments, requests and complaints • Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job • Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT), and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documents • Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Service Management • Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job • Provides 'Project Support' as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime • Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices. • Leads others in completing tasks in accordance with procedures and applicable codes and/or standards • May serve as the on-site supervisor to the field service crew and for reporting back to Service management • Assists as needed with the development of procedural requirements for current and future jobs
• To execute (in conjunction with the project specific installation engineers) the mobilisation and offshore execution installation engineering for a Dive Support Vessel within a VSO iEPCI execution stream. • To identify and implement standard work in order to facilitate continuous improvement of projects offshore execution activities. • To support safe and efficient project preparation, mobilisation and offshore execution and foster coordination and synergies between projects and minimize interfaces. • To provide an interface between the execution team (onshore based) and the vessel crew during project preparation. • To contribute to Offshore Industrialization through standard work development, installation track record, lesson learned, best practices and pro-actively sharing expertise and knowledge with others.

Job Purpose Applies wide-ranging expertise to each application & project, including skills in understanding requirements, standardization, software configuration, process control, instrumentation, knowledge of software programming, validation testing, documentation, field commissioning, and more. Job Description - Responsible for supporting the use of iComplete products used in hydraulic fracturing operations. - Provide product support during tender, project execution and field operation of relevant product portfolio. - Participate in pre-job planning as required to ensure successful job execution. - Perform and approve engineering solutions to challenges in field operations in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes - Liaison with internal and external contacts for technical meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations. - Responsible for supporting technical meetings and provide coaching and direction to internal & external customers. - Support development and maintenance of standard products with sufficient flexibility to cover varying customer requirements. - Support the maintenance of embedded software and system development for application in control systems. - Prioritize and execute engineering support requests from field operations. - Provide input to continuous improvement of product portfolio. - Support commissioning and FATs of new equipment. - Ensure systems work as per documentation (control narrative and Cause & Effect). - Support maintenance of complete product documentation (operation and maintenance manuals, user guides, master documents for the product etc.). - Coordinate execution of tasks as required by the iComplete team customers and in accordance with iComplete group objectives and priorities. You are meant for this job if: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Mechanical Engineering preferred. - 4-6 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing control systems preferred. - Recognized for your analytical skills, as well as your ability to identify risks and solve complex problems. - Mostly in the form of remote support to field locations. - Flexibility to remote into systems and support active field operations at a moment's notice. - Working knowledge of embedded software and system development for application in control systems. - Working knowledge of electrical diagrams (P&ID) and hardware layouts. - Experience in relevant codes, design- and testing standards for products to be included in a control system. - Capable of supporting multiple systems in parallel. - General understanding of internal economic factors (cost, margins, profit impact of decisions) affecting assignment areas. • Installs, repairs and troubleshoots surface wellhead systems. • Works independently to install new products and conducts repairs of TECHNIPFMC equipment. • Provides project start-up expertise, including oversight during first installations. • Performs pre-job briefing to customer representative onboard for Job description and tools readiness, JSA/Risk assessment, fit function. • Records critical dimensions to ensure assembly will work and obtains and reviews or creates product running procedures. • Maintains communication with Company Representative on issues including job procedures, spare parts requirements, function fit and critical dimension measurements. • Handles customer complaints in a professional manner. • Completes Field Non-Conformance Reports (FNCR) forms as product problems are encountered.
