Job Requirements

This position plays a critical role in supporting employee benefits programs, database management, reporting, systems development, and technical workflow processes. The Database Analyst will work closely with management, account managers, producers, vendors, and clients to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting systems, databases, and business processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, SQL, and database development experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
