• Identify, contract and develop relationships with new customers that use textile fiberglass and our duct products • Maintain relationships with existing fiberglass and duct accounts to determine ways to grow their business with Quietflex • Report and confer with the VP of Sales and Marketing on sales activity • Support all activities of the marketing and sales departments • Provide new and current customers with product information including pricing, delivery, inventory and/or backorder availability • Help minimize shipping costs through strategic planning and market knowledge • Travel to customers to develop our market position • Work with operations to help maximize customer satisfaction with our products • Conduct market research to develop niche segments for our fiberglass • Enhance marketing materials, including website maintenance for fiberglass and the duct segment of our business • Contact customers to follow up on orders, service, and delivery • Offer additional products for sale • Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs
Job Requirements
- 5 years Marketing or outside Sales experience required
- 4 year college degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Must have great people skills
- Must be able to travel on short notice
- Be able to deal with irate customers and maintain great customer relationships
- Must be a good closer of sales
- Be able to maintain superior market and spot trends
- Applies good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job

Role Description The Regional Sales Support Manager will independently support our Sales Team and thousands of customers in the market area, providing exceptional customer service and industry knowledge.
