Role Description En Solvo Global, buscamos un Recruiter (Home Care) dinámico y persistente para apoyar los esfuerzos de contratación de alto volumen en una operación creciente de cuidado en el hogar. Serás responsable de buscar y contactar cuidadores proactivamente mediante llamadas de alto volumen, coordinar entrevistas y mantener un flujo constante de candidatos calificados para asegurar la atención y el bienestar de los pacientes en sus propios hogares. Modalidad: Remoto Idioma: Ingles Avanzado C1 Países: Argentina, México, Nicaragua, Perú, Guatemala y Honduras Horario: Lunes a Viernes - 7 am to 5:00 pm PST Responsabilidades Principales - Llamadas: Realizar llamadas salientes masivas diariamente para evaluar y reenganchar candidatos. - Atracción: Buscar cuidadores (HHA, CNA, PCA, acompañantes) en bolsas de trabajo y bases de datos. - Seguimiento: Programar entrevistas, actualizar el pipeline y realizar seguimientos para reducir inasistencias. - Administración: Apoyar en la inducción, verificación de antecedentes, referencias y control de registros. Qualifications - 2-3 años en reclutamiento, call center o servicio al cliente de alto volumen. - Experiencia en reclutamiento de atención médica o cuidado en el hogar (home care). - Inglés hablado fluido, claro y profesional. - Capacidad para realizar multitareas, persistencia, organización y manejo de la presión. Role Description - Supervise a team of Coordinators, providing guidance on training, job postings, and candidate inquiries. - Support the recruitment and interview process by tracking candidate progress and coordinating follow-up communications throughout the hiring cycle. - Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring timely publication of new openings and removal of filled positions. - Schedule and conduct interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities as requested by Hiring Managers. - Oversee and maintain recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and Idealist. - Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, addressing questions and providing support throughout the hiring process. - Research and implement new recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and job boards to expand candidate outreach and attract top talent. - Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as requested. - Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. - Attend and actively participate in full staff, management, and departmental meetings.
