Territory Sales Representative, Wholesale Fuel

• Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan to achieve sales and profitability targets. • Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events. • Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize profitability. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. • Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale fuel customers within target regions. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow both branded (e.g., Shell, Citgo, Marathon, Sunoco) and unbranded fuel portfolios • Conduct market research to identify competitive opportunities and dealer prospects. • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and trade show participation. • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process from initial contact to contract execution. • Collaborate with internal departments—supply, dispatch, credit, and legal—to finalize product supply agreements and ensure compliance. • Maintain ongoing relationships to maximize retention and volume growth. • Prepare and present proposals, supply agreements, and renewal terms. • Provide weekly updates to management on performance metrics, market activity, and competitive insights.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs and procedures across multiple store locations in GA, NC, and SC • Ensure a safe and secure environment for team members and guests, minimize workplace hazards, prevent accidents, and ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local safety, health, and environmental regulations • Work closely with the Director of Safety, store general managers, regional leadership, and team members to foster a strong safety culture and continuously improve safety performance within the convenience store environment • Design, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the unique risks of convenience store operations • Develop and deliver engaging, store-specific safety training programs for all employees • Ensure all store operations are in full compliance with current applicable regulations • Promote safety awareness through regular communication, safety meetings, posters, and other initiatives
