We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who lives on the East Coast, is fluent in Italian, and thrives in a global environment and enjoys operating at the intersection of customer success, engineering, product, and delivery. This role is built around close collaboration with our European partners, which means your schedule and travel aren’t just requirements…they’re part of the lifestyle. This isn’t a role where you simply track timelines or coordinate meetings. You’re the person who turns complexity into a clear, executable plan and delivers it. You’ll own the successful implementation of Bidgely’s platform for utilities across Europe and the Middle East, guiding customers from onboarding through launch while working directly with engineering teams on integrations, architecture, and delivery. If you enjoy turning complex technical deployments into real-world outcomes for customers, this role will feel energizing. Qualifications - 5–7 years managing software implementation or integration programs at a technology company - Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations for high-touch customers - Proven experience serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers - Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and offshore engineering resources - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Strong experience designing and delivering cloud-based B2B implementations - Ability to manage project plans, risks, and deliverables using tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, or similar platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects - Customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills - Based on the U.S. East Coast - Comfortable working 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST to collaborate with international teams - Ability to travel internationally up to 50%, primarily to Europe with occasional multi-week stays.
