Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in product management, particularly in ecommerce or digital product environments.
- Expert understanding of Shopify, including admin management and familiarity with well-known integrations and data migrations, using tools such as Matrixify.
- 2-3 years of experience working in eCommerce, experience with custom and public themes on Shopify.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging client interactions independently.
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight.
- Reliable and reassuring partner in collaboration, with a strong focus on team success and client satisfaction.

Role Description In this full-time permanent role, you’ll work as a part of our Pacific Regional Operations team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. You’ll be based ideally within the Pacific region though other locations will be considered, and will work predominantly from home or from a Save the Children office if there is one in your area.
