• Manage strategic client relationships for cross-functional healthcare IT projects • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with domain expertise • Coordinate the deployments of EHRs, HIEs, interoperability solutions, and digital health platforms • Ensure alignment with HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards • Drive timely delivery of secure, scalable, and patient-centered technology solutions • Grow strong client and partner relationships through regular communication • Manage clients' expectations, schedules, scope, and deliverables • Work to define, scope and document statements of work that accurately plan project work effort

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare working at a team lead, project and/or account manager level, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Demonstrated track record in managing large teams and strategic client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak to all levels within an organization, including C Suite
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have any of the following:
  • Subject-matter expertise in clinical data integration, healthcare interoperability and health system workflows
  • Direct experience with InterSystems technology
  • Existing relationships and contacts within the healthcare industry
