Role Description The Senior Associate Talent Development Advisor plays a key role in supporting both talent acquisition and talent development initiatives across the organization. - Execute full-cycle recruitment including job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement - Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders - Contribute to employee development discussions by identifying talent gaps and opportunities for growth - Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires - Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within ATS/HR systems - Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and selection processes - Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and talent processes, tools, and workflows - Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies throughout all hiring activities - Support additional HR and talent-related projects as required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or a related people-focused role - Experience in healthcare, dental, multi-site, or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - CPHR/CHRL designation (or working toward) is considered an asset - Strong experience with full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing strategies - Strong understanding of HR principles, talent development, or workforce planning is an asset - Experience using ATS and HRIS systems - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment and talent data - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Benefits - Be part of one of Canada’s fastest-growing healthcare organizations - Opportunity to work across both talent acquisition and talent development - Exposure to multi-site, national HR operations - Collaborative and supportive People & Culture team environment - Opportunity to contribute to meaningful process improvement and talent strategy initiatives
