• Identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers in key verticals: Financial Services, Legal and Professional Services, Technology, Life Sciences • Conduct prospecting, outreach, and solution-based selling to enterprise stakeholders • Engage with new landlords of Enterprise Accounts during the sales process to align SwiftConnect’s value proposition • Transition landlord relationships to Portfolio Managers upon contract execution • Manage assigned enterprise accounts within the EMEA region • Prioritize tenant deployments and coordinate successful implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Lead renewal conversations and identify opportunities for expansion across lines of business, regions, and use cases • Build and maintain vertical-specific relationships with strategic partners, including HID, Allegion, Wavelynx, Apple, and Google • Conduct 6–8 high-quality meetings per week (in-person preferred) with enterprise prospects, customers, and partners • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely tracking of opportunities, renewals, and expansion efforts. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on account strategy and execution.

• Drive Sales (CRM) Pipeline Excellence: own the health and optimization of the sales pipeline - managing deal flow, contract processes, and sales generation tools from lead to close. • Turn Data Into Strategy: Gather and analyze real estate footprint data from current and potential customers to identify overlap and opportunities within the SwiftConnect network. • Own the Contract Lifecycle: own our contract lifecycle management end-to-end, from initial drafting through execution, renewal tracking, and archival. • Champion Document Excellence: Organize and maintain our content management systems (Google Drive, Salesforce, Confluence etc.) so that monthly sales reports, customer contracts, onboarding materials, and reusable templates are always current, accessible, and audit-ready. • Power Key Business Insights: Process user and account data across our evolving selling models to ensure customers receive accurate, timely invoices and a consistent post-sale experience. • Own the Numbers That Matter: Define, create, and track KPIs tied to critical business objectives. • Enable Seamless Transitions: Map and manage the critical handoffs across the customer journey and ensure nothing falls through the cracks at each transition. • Streamline and Elevate: Continuously improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, assuming full relationship ownership from Sales and executive leadership post-close. • Prioritize tenant deployments and coordinate successful implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Lead and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with enterprise clients, presenting performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning on strategic goals. • Own and execute a regular standing meeting cadence with each enterprise account (e.g., monthly or bi-weekly check-ins) to maintain relationship continuity, surface risks early, and track progress against goals. • Own the full contract renewal cycle for assigned accounts — from early-stage planning and risk assessment through negotiation and execution — ensuring on-time renewals and contract growth. • Monitor customer health and adoption metrics, identify risks early, and drive proactive strategies to ensure retention and value realization. • Build structured account success plans that align SwiftConnect solutions to customer goals and measurable outcomes. • Identify and target new landlords based upon Street-to-Seat offerings within your Enterprise Accounts.

The Perfect Match We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled accounting professional to be part of a growing finance team. This role will own key accounting processes, own month-end close, and help strengthen financial operations as the company scales. Responsibilities will also include month-end close process and reporting, reviewing account reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and audit support. This role will partner with the Global Controller, Revenue Manager as well as international accountants to drive continuous improvement in financial operations. This person will work closely with the senior leadership team, CFO, CEO, etc. Responsibilities - Apply GAAP accounting standards accurately and consistently across all financial reporting to ensure compliance and reliability - Manage precise recording of journal entries, vendor expenses, and financial close procedures within major ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records - Prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze P&L fluctuations - Own the month-end close process for multiple legal entities - Help maintain consolidation for all entities and manage related matters with outsourced providers domestically as well as for foreign subsidiary - Support revenue recognition and deferred revenue accounting - Ensure timely and accurate completion of close activities in accordance with the month-end close calendar - Identify month-end close inefficiencies and recommend process improvements - Support external audits and assist with tax filing requirements across various jurisdictions - Support and coordinate preparation for financial statement audits and tax compliance reporting - Partner with the Controller in developing policies and interpretation of GAAP guidance for key accounting and reporting areas as needed - Assist with the annual preparation of 1099s - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting required, CPA preferred - Minimum of 8+ years in a combination of public accounting and/or SaaS experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Prior experience with NetSuite & QuickBooks preferred - Thorough and current knowledge of GAAP accounting principles - Experience with review and preparation of financial statements, and sales tax filings and requirements - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process in a setting requiring consolidations, multiple subsidiaries, including international - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues and propose solutions - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, professional, and detail oriented - Adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges - Willingness for occasional travel - Ability to work both independently and deliver on responsibilities within a highly collaborative environment
