• Interpret customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition per ASC 606 across our products and services. • Own the revenue month end close process including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and reconciliation of revenue accounts to deliver timely and accurate financial results. • Owning and executing the full order-to-cash cycle, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue tracking. • Prepare revenue reporting and analytical materials to support companywide monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables. • Support audit and tax requests to facilitate smooth quarterly and year-end review and audit processes. • Work cross functionally to standardize procedures, drive process improvements and automation efforts to streamline revenue accounting operations and improve quality of monthly closes, including internal controls. • Manage and support Billing team to ensure proper invoicing in accordance with customer contracts. • Ensure completeness around the revenue recognition process including that all clients have been billed and revenue has been properly recorded. • Ensure compliance with US-GAAP and ASC 606. • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to automate revenue accounting processes, including reconciliation of data, reporting and analysis. • Collaborate cross-functionally with various Finance functions, including Sales and Customer Service Operations. • Lead a small team across various locations to accomplish tasks accurately and within specified deadlines. • Help build and develop the team and mentor, educate and review the work of others. • Draft memos and presentations to gain alignment with and influence the team’s business partners. • Work on special projects as directed.
• Serve as the primary project manager to customers while coordinating multiple, simultaneous implementations of SwiftConnect products • Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their requirements and goals, and ensure they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction throughout their entire customer journey • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project objectives and scope • Manage multiple customer projects from initiation to launch, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and budget • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure • Keep accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Project Management and CRM systems
• Build the team, define the org design, ramp plan, and hiring profile for the Outbound Sales Executive / SDR team; recruit, onboard, and develop the reps. • Lead a distributed, work-from-home team — set the operating rhythm, visibility, and accountability that makes remote outbound work: daily standups, live call blocks, virtual floor culture, and clear activity expectations. • Establish the coaching model: call reviews, objection handling, talk tracks, certification, and ramp milestones. • Set and manage performance standards, activity floors, and a culture where the phone is the primary weapon. • Design and document the end-to-end outbound process: list build → data enrichment → segmentation → sequence → dial → qualification → SAL handoff → SQL acceptance. • Define SAL and SQL entry/exit criteria, qualification frameworks, disqualification reasons, and handoff SLAs with the seller community — and enforce them. • Build the playbooks: ICP-specific talk tracks, discovery questions, objection libraries, competitive positioning, and vertical-specific messaging. • Create the workflows and automation that let a rep spend their day talking to buyers rather than administering records. • Own dialler selection and procurement for campaign orchestration — evaluate, business case, negotiate, implement. • Own CRM integration and hygiene across Salesforce and/or HubSpot: lead routing, lifecycle stages, SAL/SQL stage definitions, task automation, attribution, and reporting. • Own the data and intelligence layer for contact and firmographic data, plus intent tooling — including integration into the campaign workflow. • Own the conversation intelligence and QA layer for call recording, coaching, keyword and objection tracking, and measurable rep improvement. • Work hand-in-hand with IT and Sales Operations to complete deployment, integration, and automation: system provisioning, security and compliance review, telephony and number management, data flows between dialler, CRM, intent, and conversation intelligence, and the dashboards that report on all of it. • Carry fixed weekly and monthly SAL and SQL targets as your primary KPIs; your variable compensation is tied directly to them. • Report performance up: activity, connect and conversion rates, cost per SAL, SAL→SQL yield, and pipeline contribution.

Senior Technical Consultant – Physical & Logical Access Control, ServiceNow Platform

• Provide technical and architectural guidance on a ServiceNow-based enterprise application that connects physical access control systems with identity, HR, and IT workflows. • Advise on data models, integration patterns, and workflow design for identity lifecycle management, badge/credential provisioning, approval routing, and access governance processes. • Evaluate proposed technical designs against ServiceNow platform best practices, upgrade-safety principles, and scoped-application development standards. • Advise on integration approaches with physical access control systems (PACS) and upstream HR/identity systems, via REST/SOAP and related integration patterns. • Review requirements and technical documentation, identifying gaps, risks, and open questions; participate in design workshops with the product and engineering team. • Provide guidance on compliance, audit, and governance requirements relevant to physical and logical access management (e.g., access certification, audit trails, data retention, regulated environments). • Advise on test strategy and quality practices appropriate for a platform application, including functional, integration, and automated testing approaches. • Stay current on access control industry standards, vendor ecosystems, regulatory considerations, and market trends, and share informed perspective with internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned customer accounts, building trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and champions. • Lead product demonstrations, technical discovery sessions, and solution design workshops tailored to each customer's unique environment and business goals. • Support the sales cycle by delivering compelling proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, responding to technical RFPs/RFIs, and addressing technical objections. • Guide customers through onboarding and implementation, ensuring solutions are configured correctly and integrated seamlessly into their existing tech stack. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues escalated by customers, collaborating with internal Engineering and Support teams to drive resolution. • Develop and maintain technical documentation including integration guides, architecture diagrams, and best-practice playbooks. • Partner with Customer Success Managers to conduct regular technical health checks, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate churn risk. • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to share product improvement insights with the Product and Engineering teams. • Contribute to the Customer Experience team's internal knowledge base, training materials, and onboarding resources. • Stay current on product releases, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.
• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules, including reading and interpreting contracts to determine what needs to be invoiced and when. • Verify accuracy of billing data to ensure compliance with approved pricing and deliverables, including validating that what comes in from Salesforce reflects contractual obligations before invoicing out. • Perform revenue reconciliations including month-end comparisons of billed and recognized revenue, including maintaining and reconciling deferred revenue schedules and spreading multi-line invoices across the appropriate recognition periods. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between billing schedules, revenue reports, and accounting records. • Maintain and update billing schedules, trackers, and related documentation. • Identify and correct missing, inaccurate, or duplicate billings. • Perform collections tasks, coordinate with and support the sales team by providing invoice copies, documentation, and clarification for outstanding accounts. • Coordinate with internal departments (sales operations, customer success, procurement, etc.) to resolve billing and revenue-related inquiries. • Provide necessary documentation during internal and external audits. • Maintain organized financial records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements. • Participate in the NetSuite implementation and user testing as we transition away from manual deferred revenue tracking; go-live is targeted for August 2026. • Perform additional finance and accounting duties as assigned.
