Role Description The Regional Category Sales Specialist – Wearable Safety Solutions will drive adoption of Verve Motion's SafeLift exoskeleton technology throughout assigned territories. This highly consultative role focuses on helping customers reduce workplace injuries, improve employee wellbeing, and enhance operational performance through wearable technology. The ideal candidate is a driven hunter capable of building new business opportunities while navigating complex enterprise sales processes involving safety, operations, engineering, HR, and executive stakeholders. Job Responsibilities - Business Development - Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Engage senior decision makers across safety, operations, engineering, HR, and executive leadership functions. - Develop strategic account plans and territory growth strategies. - Solution Selling - Conduct demonstrations and evaluations of SafeLift wearable technology. - Lead pilot programs and customer implementation activities. - Develop ROI analyses and business cases supporting customer investment decisions. - Position solutions around injury reduction, workforce sustainability, fatigue reduction, and productivity improvement. - Relationship Management - Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and distribution partners. - Develop customer champions and executive sponsors. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and account engagement. - Collaborate with distributor partners and HexArmor sales teams. - Team Collaboration - Work closely with the Product Manager and Sales to advance opportunities. - Provide customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights. - Support trade shows, industry events, and customer training initiatives. - Sales Operations - Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce. - Manage territory expenses and travel budget. - Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives. Qualifications - Proven ability to develop new business and exceed sales goals. - Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Strong organizational and territory management capabilities. - Experience selling industrial technology, safety solutions, automation, ergonomics, software, or capital equipment preferred. - Ability to travel 75% or more. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 3+ years of industrial, technology, safety, healthcare, or related B2B sales experience. - Experience calling on manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or industrial customers preferred.
