Job Summary & Responsibilities This position involves the processing of orders daily to make sure they meet all required deadlines. May be required to route deliveries to drivers in the absence of the Manager. Strong organizational skills needed, must be able to multitask, must have some computer skills and able to communicate clearly to the Telecenter. He/She will be communicating with the drivers throughout the day to make sure all deliveries are delivered timely and all DLC confirmations are completed before 7pm. Flexible to assist in other aspect of the facility when needed. (Inventory, Designing, etc.) Responsibilities: Process orders daily to ensure they meet all required deadlines. Route deliveries to drivers in the absence of the Manager. Ensure all deliveries are made timely and appropriately. Complete all DLC confirmations before 7pm daily. Assist in other departments as needed. Candidate must be agile enough to work in our fast paced, ever changing environment. Must have the ability to work in hot and cold temps for extended periods of time as well as work on one’s feet for long periods of time. Able to lift up to 50lbs when necessary. Candidate must wear closed toe footwear at all times and must be able to help in other departments if needed. Candidate must be able to receive deliveries from vendors when needed. The expected salary for this position is $18/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law. Capable of working under pressure and good organizational skills. Good Communicational skill necessary. Must be Flexible and willing to work longer hours during Holidays and on weekends. Will be required to complete some reports for the Manager Daily High school diploma or equivalent. Floral/florist experience, a plus. Bi-lingual, a plus. Able to stand and work in hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and longer hours during Holidays.
