Role Description The Order Operations AskMe is responsible for answering associate questions in a fast-paced environment regarding procedures and order processes, enabling the Sr. Order Entry Associate to process orders accurately and in a timely manner. Other duties include: - Answering questions that associates may have. - Providing clear instructions in a step-by-step manner. - Utilizing all resources to find answers. - Coaching associates on where to find answers. - Answering questions, often the same ones repeatedly, in a cheerful and friendly manner. - Performing “Ask Me” duties in production and answering procedural questions of associates. - Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy. - Working 40 hours per week along with overtime as needed. - Working a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. - Attending and successfully completing Leadership Training. - Handling confidential information with discretion. - Communicating effectively and professionally with other departments as needed. - Multi-tasking. - Resolving conflicts effectively. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description BloomNet is seeking a passionate and driven Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to join our team and help grow and support our customer base across the floral industry in the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. As an ARM, you will play a key role in supporting our florists, driving adoption of BloomNet programs, and ensuring long-term customer success across your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing BloomNet florists throughout the Greater Boston territory - Conduct both in-person and virtual meetings to promote and educate customers on BloomNet’s offerings - Clearly communicate the value and benefits of BloomNet’s products and services - Implement a structured follow-up process for each opportunity to drive conversions and customer engagement - Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and contract execution - Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product features - Leverage insights to position BloomNet competitively in the market - Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to accurately track interactions, manage pipelines, and report key sales metrics - Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to support client needs - Participate in trade shows and industry events to grow brand visibility and identify new business opportunities - Share knowledge and best practices with team members to contribute to a collaborative environment Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 2–3 years of experience in outside sales or account management - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals - Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-first mindset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce - Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred - Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) - Reliable transportation required Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Job Summary & Responsibilities This position involves the processing of orders daily to make sure they meet all required deadlines. May be required to route deliveries to drivers in the absence of the Manager. Strong organizational skills needed, must be able to multitask, must have some computer skills and able to communicate clearly to the Telecenter. He/She will be communicating with the drivers throughout the day to make sure all deliveries are delivered timely and all DLC confirmations are completed before 7pm. Flexible to assist in other aspect of the facility when needed. (Inventory, Designing, etc.) Responsibilities: Process orders daily to ensure they meet all required deadlines. Route deliveries to drivers in the absence of the Manager. Ensure all deliveries are made timely and appropriately. Complete all DLC confirmations before 7pm daily. Assist in other departments as needed. Candidate must be agile enough to work in our fast paced, ever changing environment. Must have the ability to work in hot and cold temps for extended periods of time as well as work on one’s feet for long periods of time. Able to lift up to 50lbs when necessary. Candidate must wear closed toe footwear at all times and must be able to help in other departments if needed. Candidate must be able to receive deliveries from vendors when needed.
