• Define the narrative. Architect core segment narratives establishing the foundational pitch and clear differentiators for key sales plays. Synthesize technical product details into high-impact messaging that lands with both technical and business audiences. • Build the GTM content suite. Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of premium GTM materials: business and technical pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and partner and customer newsletters. This is a writing role — you'll produce the majority of this content yourself. • Own the content calendar and social presence. Plan and execute across blog, email, LinkedIn, and X. Run and optimize paid social campaigns. Keep everything consistent with brand voice and style guidelines, and engage with the developer and AI community in a way that feels human and on-brand. • Track and iterate. Monitor content performance across channels. Use data to sharpen narratives, improve assets, and measurably increase pipeline velocity. Feed customer and field insights back into product and marketing positioning. • Support SEO. Partner with the growth team on SEO-driven content contributing blog posts and landing page copy that are optimized for search without compromising quality or voice.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a related field at an AI, SaaS, or developer tools company
- Strong writing and editing skills. You can explain a technical concept clearly and make it interesting to both developer and business audiences
- Experience producing GTM materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, and sales narratives
- Comfortable working with technical products and teams; you don't need to be an engineer, but you can hold a substantive conversation with one
- Proven ability to manage a content calendar and juggle multiple workstreams without dropping quality
- A data-driven mindset: you track what's working, form a point of view on why, and adjust accordingly
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Proofreader to help us ensure our content is error-free. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of proofreading, grammar, spelling, style guides, and social media copywriting within the health and nutrition space and best practices for compliant copyrighting and brand claims. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Review and proof YouTube content at multiple checkpoints, ensuring accuracy in audio, visuals, captions, metadata, and alignment with brand style and direction. - Proofread and fact-check social media content, including short-form copy, captions, hashtags, graphics, and subtitles, to maintain clarity, accuracy, and brand voice. - Provide coverage for fellow proofreaders as needed to balance workloads and maintain consistent content output during absences. - Identify and escalate quality or compliance risks in YouTube and social content before publication. - Communicate with video editors and social media managers to ensure accuracy across all platforms by providing feedback on grammar, spelling, and brand alignment. Qualifications - Proofreading, editing, or content review experience, ideally in digital media, video, or publishing. - Proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style with an ability to adapt to brand voice and tone guidelines. - Experience with multimedia content review, including transcripts, on-screen text, thumbnails, and audio/visual alignment. - Hands-on experience proofreading short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.). - Knowledge of style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago, or in-house brand guides) and willingness to apply them consistently. - Strong understanding of social media copywriting conventions, such as character limits, formatting, and platform tone. - Attention to detail: Ability to spot subtle errors in audio, text, or visuals. - Strong listening comprehension: Capable of catching mispronunciations. - Time management: Ability to review high volumes of content under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. - Collaboration & communication: Comfortable providing clear and constructive communication with writers, editors, social media managers, and video production teams. - Adaptability: Ability to work with evolving content styles, formats, and workflow processes. - Brand alignment: Skilled at ensuring content remains consistent with organizational voice, compliance standards, and audience expectations.
