Role Description The Technical Recruiter will oversee daily operations and ensure each department is in line with the company’s goals and objectives. Responsibilities include: - Lead recruiting team on daily activities, reporting, sourcing, interview setup, and selection of applicants for technical positions - Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties - Write job descriptions - Match applicants to job openings - Source for active and future job openings - List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels - Call applicants and perform phone screens - Communicate the nature of each job posting - Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant - Participate in final selection of applicant - Create portfolio of possible candidates for hiring manager - Perform reference checks - Perform background checks and initiate drug tests on applicants - Inform candidate of company's decision - Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits - Keep track of all applications and EEO, VETS 4212, and AAP reporting - Ensure proper compliance and effective outreach programs - Engage with civic, social, and other groups to provide information concerning job possibilities - Participate in implementing new recruiting technology such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools Other human resources responsibilities may include: - Onboarding New Employees and Contractors - Inventory Control - Asset Management - Recruiting New Talent - Creating Job Descriptions for Required Positions - Marketing and Promotion Material Creation - Website Maintenance - Operations Guide - Employee Handbook Updates - Legal Compliance - Forecast budgets for recruiting expenses - Advise Managers on Organizational Policy Matters and Recommend Needed Change - Assisting HR Department in other capacities - Other responsibilities as needed Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years technical recruiting experience Requirements - 3 years of experience in technical recruiting - High level communication, analytical, writing, creative, sales, and leadership skills Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - AD&D - STD - LTD - Company paid Life Insurance - 401k with employer contribution - Paid Time Off - Pet Insurance

What You'll Do at Weekend - Own full-cycle technical recruiting for open roles across technical teams. - Develop and maintain a robust talent network to proactively build pipelines. - Curate a high-touch, exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process — from first outreach to offer accepted. - Own sourcing and interviewing metrics, tracking and communicating progress aligned with company hiring goals. - Serve as a talent advisor to your hiring partners — advising on role scoping, candidate market, and hiring decisions. Must Have - 4–6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 3+ YOE in-house at a startup. - A track record of sourcing and closing senior technical talent in competitive markets. - Deep familiarity with technical roles — you can hold your own in conversations about engineering stacks, hiring bar, and team structure. - Experience partnering with senior leadership on role scope, talent mapping, and overall team structure. - Comfortable with data — you understand and own hiring metrics and use insights to iterate on process. - Proficiency with Ashby (or comparable ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
