Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Louisiana Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary We’re looking for a Louisiana LCSW who wants to do solid clinical work without the commute. You’ll meet with clients by video, guide them through practical therapy goals, and keep documentation clean so care stays organized and consistent. Responsibilities - Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for clients across Louisiana - Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment planning - Document sessions, progress, and plan updates in the EHR - Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit the client’s needs - Follow safety protocols, including risk assessment and escalation steps when required - Coordinate referrals and next-step resources when appropriate
Job Requirements
- Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing)
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings (telehealth is a plus)
- Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care
- Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions

Role Description The Nurse Practitioner is a key clinical provider within our Women’s Metabolic Health program, delivering comprehensive, specialized care to women across the lifespan. This is a full-time (40 hours/week, M-F) virtual position. Nurse Practitioner must be licensed in Pennsylvania and live in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
