• Plan, create, design and oversee production of complex and time sensitive projects and comprehensive outreach campaigns and digital solutions with customers. • Serve as project lead working directly with other team members, customers, vendors, private and public organizations or businesses, and the customer service representatives to ensure established deadlines are met. • Troubleshoot digital solutions to solve technical production issues and may serve as project coordinator directly overseeing several team members' work throughout a project. • Design, produce and coordinate the printing of major department publications and forms. • Consult with and advise program staff and EPDS1 and EPDS2’s on the concept and desired look-and-feel for all types of publications and forms. • Produce and direct custom graphics for a variety of publications using traditional tools such as pen-and-ink. • Train ODHS and OHA staff about branding, business card ordering, and project ordering procedures established by the PDS director, client feedback and the section’s team. • Conduct training classes by presenting job-specific, agency-specific and generic software applications (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and so on).

• Lead the design of social media graphics and assets for owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). • Own and evolve their deck and presentation templates building polished, on-brand work at pace. • Drive the production of research reports and thought leadership content: layout, typography, data visualisation. • Take ownership of brand identity: developing templates, maintaining guidelines, and pushing visual language forward. • Create motion graphics and animations for social content. • Partner with the wider marketing team on campaigns and launches, often leading creative direction.

• Design, balance, and optimize the game’s economy, progression, and reward systems. • Create engaging player motivation loops across events, features, and monetization. • Develop and maintain a cohesive ecosystem of LiveOps events, ensuring they work together rather than compete for player attention. • Design systems that improve retention, engagement, and monetization while preserving a great player experience. • Build and maintain economy models, balancing spreadsheets, and simulations. • Use data to identify player friction points, progression bottlenecks, and monetization opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Product, BI, UA, Art, and Development teams to improve game performance. • Analyze KPIs such as Retention, ARPDAU, Conversion, LTV, and Engagement to guide design decisions. • Drive feature and event improvements through continuous testing, iteration, and experimentation. • Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations across the team.

Role Description As a CAD Technician, you will produce detailed drawings and/or submittal documentation for intrusion, fire, access control, and video surveillance systems in support of the VSN sales, System Design, and PMO teams. - Collaborate with System Design Managers, Fire Engineering Supervisor, and Systems Design Specialists on completing project drawings and documentation. - Produce shop drawings in AutoCAD from sketches or hard copies detailing: - Device location - Conduit paths - Cable call-outs - Device mounting details/recommendations - Wiring details on drawings - Develop submittal documentation for projects to support the sales team. - Share completed shop drawings and submittal packages with: - Customers - Sales team - Operations team - Authorities having jurisdiction - Provide wiring details from manufacturer’s installation documentation. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 3 or more years of AutoCAD experience producing drawings. - Excel – customer reporting, tracking. - Outlook – high volume of email traffic communicating with Sales Reps and customers. - Bluebeam experience is a plus. - Knowledge of Intrusion/Fire/Video Surveillance/Access Control systems. - Previous field experience preferred. Requirements - Required to validate proficiency and experience in life safety systems design and installation as well as specific knowledge in Intrusion, Fire, Video Surveillance, and Access Control products. - Advanced communication/interpersonal skills required for a heavily communication-oriented position. - Familiarity with and ability to research/interpret codes and permitting requirements as they pertain to the installation of systems and related components and/or trades. - Ability to interpret blueprints, both hard copy and electronic copy.
