Role Description BILL is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Supplier Growth to streamline enterprise supplier payment processes with a comprehensive automated solution. The Enterprise Account Executive, Supplier Growth is a highly strategic role that is responsible for engaging and selling our Accounts Receivable solutions into Enterprise suppliers while acting as a trusted advisor to navigating Account Receivable processes. - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supplier Growth Sales, with executive oversight from the Director of Supplier Growth Sales. - Join a high-performing team focused on scaling a proven go-to-market motion and sustaining our strong growth trajectory. - Serve as a dedicated outbound sales expert, achieving assigned quotas, gathering/entering and analyzing data, and exceeding customer and stakeholder expectations. Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company: - Partner closely with the Director of Supplier Growth Sales to deliver against ambitious growth targets while selling BILL’s B2B payment capabilities to Enterprise suppliers’ treasury, accounts, receivable, and finance organizations. - Manage the sales cycle: generating a sales pipeline of opportunities and progressing them through the sales process to booking. - Grow your sales funnel through data analysis, collaboration, and relationship building. - Maintain sales operational requirements including documentation in CRM and internal communications in accordance with best practices for forecasting. - Act entrepreneurially to source and convert new sales leads through internal and external networks. - Consistently engage Supplier contacts and support functions beyond standing touchpoints to expand reach. - Multi-thread opportunities across multiple contacts at each Supplier. - Maintain robust account plans that look beyond the current sales cycle to identify long-term solution-selling opportunities. - Professionally represent BILL through effective relationship management that drives customer excitement and engagement. - Maintain a strong sense of urgency with a high amount of focus towards company objectives. Qualifications - 5+ years of sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions, treasury products, or payment solutions to Enterprise executives and corporate finance (CFO, Treasurer, Controller, and Accounts Receivable functions). - Ability to creatively drive, build, design, and execute customer sales program adoption strategies that drive sales performance, boost morale, and create financial results for the organization. - Strong analytical skills demonstrated through data analysis and customer interactions, uncovering customer needs and potential solutions. - Experience in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including customer implementations and building meaningful customer relationships. - Proven track record in conflict management and working effectively with diverse populations, leveraging strong consulting skills to drive business value. - Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Bachelor’s degree is preferred or similar experience. - Up to 25% travel may be required.
