Enterprise Account Manager
StackAdapt
Role Description Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in managing client relationships, driving adoption of the StackAdapt platform, overseeing campaign management, and identifying account expansion opportunities across Enterprise brands and agencies. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize campaign ROI for our customers. This role will support large B2B clients on the Enterprise team. What you'll be doing: - Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across large B2B brands - Work alongside your Account Executives in leading the RFP process, proposals, multi-channel media plans, and presentation to Enterprise brands and agencies - Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers, while identifying new expansion opportunities and developing tools, procedures, and reports to increase service efficiency - Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform - Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs - Deep client mapping and account planning expertise - Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting - Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis - In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education Qualifications - Extensive Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network) - Proven success in managing client relationships and skilled up-selling to unlock new revenue streams across your book of business - Experience working with multi-million ($10M+) dollar budgets - Experience in the RFP process; putting together proposals and multi-channel media plans, working cross-functionally internally, and presenting concepts to clients in a fast-paced environment with quick turn-arounds - Strong experience with measurement, attribution, incrementality, and conversion journey story-telling - Preferred experience managing Large, Enterprise B2B accounts, with a proven track record of servicing both brand direct and agency clients - The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge - Flexibility to travel to meet with clients within their region Benefits - Highly competitive salary + commission structure - RRSP/401K matching - 3 weeks vacation + 3 personal care days + 1 Culture & Belief day + birthdays off - Access to a comprehensive mental health care platform - Health benefits from day one of employment - Work from home reimbursements - Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office - Robust training and onboarding program - Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, etc) - Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning - An awesome parental leave policy - A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture - Our social and team events!
