• Professional support of up to 10 Acura practices in all organizational and administrative matters • Point of contact for practice staff (particularly on-site practice managers) for everyday practice-management questions and to support practices in daily operations (management, organization, assistance, HR, etc.) • Direct communication with medical directors and local practice managers on day-to-day and strategic issues • Continuous strategic development of the practices by preparing recommendations and implementing action plans in coordination with Acura executive management and the medical directors • Organizational interface between Acura executive management and the practices (practice and team organization) • Internal interface to other company departments (Finance, IT, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in practice management as a practice manager, ZMV or ZFA, ideally with personnel/leadership experience
- Successfully completed relevant dental vocational training, e.g. dental assistant (ZFA), dental administrative assistant (ZMV), health-care management clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Gesundheitswesen), or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of common practice management systems (Z1, DS‑Win, Charly)
- Pragmatic, proactive and flexible approach
- Quick comprehension and willingness to take on new areas of responsibility
- Friendly, confident and assertive manner
- Willingness to travel and ability to respond spontaneously, combined with strong organizational skills
