Senior Analyst, Growth
Evolent
• Development of product marketing collateral, sales pitch decks, and other related collateral to support the growth process • Assisting with the new logo sales journey to support pipeline progression and tracking • Define and help manage client touchpoints along the sales journey including background research, collateral development, and project management • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support competitive positioning • Evaluate new business opportunities, ideas, whitespace, and potential new customers • Help create streamlined external communication of our solutions to improve client understanding of capabilities and our unique value proposition (e.g., talk tracks, competitive positioning narratives, etc.) • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business initiatives. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts. • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s overall growth strategy • Conduct strategic analyses to prioritize attractive organic and inorganic revenue opportunities • Driving research, development, and support the launch of new product or partnership opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of business development or consulting experience in the healthcare industry - preferably in a health plan or health system environment
- Growth/product marketing experience, e.g., collateral development, talk track development, competitive positioning
- Growth strategy experience, e.g., assessing new business lines, entrepreneurial experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity
- Analytic rigor and keen eye for accuracy
- Resourcefulness--ability to procure detailed data and information
- Independent problem-solving skills—ability to identify problems, pose solutions, and think through creative work arounds
- Proven time-management skills and attention to detail
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a collaborative and innovation-driven culture
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationships
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Contact landowners in specific target areas directly: in person, by phone, letters of interest, and other means. • Use online appraisal district maps and municipal maps to gather information on specific sites or areas. • Maintain a tracking log of viable tracts and comparable transactions. • Follow municipal agendas weekly to understand the active projects and acquisition opportunities. • Contact brokers on their listings and gather pertinent information. • Establish relationships with landowners, brokers, municipal employees, engineers, developers, attorneys, land planners. • Follow up on leads through relationships and news gathered from various media sources. • Due diligence assistance with zoning requirements and financial analysis. • Utilize Google Earth and other mapping tools to create exhibits and track land opportunities. • Perform residual analyses to determine appropriate offer prices for land acquisitions.
