Senior Analyst, Growth

Evolent

• Development of product marketing collateral, sales pitch decks, and other related collateral to support the growth process • Assisting with the new logo sales journey to support pipeline progression and tracking • Define and help manage client touchpoints along the sales journey including background research, collateral development, and project management • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support competitive positioning • Evaluate new business opportunities, ideas, whitespace, and potential new customers • Help create streamlined external communication of our solutions to improve client understanding of capabilities and our unique value proposition (e.g., talk tracks, competitive positioning narratives, etc.) • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business initiatives. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts. • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s overall growth strategy • Conduct strategic analyses to prioritize attractive organic and inorganic revenue opportunities • Driving research, development, and support the launch of new product or partnership opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of business development or consulting experience in the healthcare industry - preferably in a health plan or health system environment
  • Growth/product marketing experience, e.g., collateral development, talk track development, competitive positioning
  • Growth strategy experience, e.g., assessing new business lines, entrepreneurial experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity
  • Analytic rigor and keen eye for accuracy
  • Resourcefulness--ability to procure detailed data and information
  • Independent problem-solving skills—ability to identify problems, pose solutions, and think through creative work arounds
  • Proven time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a collaborative and innovation-driven culture
  • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
