• Provide operational leadership across business development, capture, proposal, innovation, and partnership functions • Support identification, prioritization, and shaping of strategic opportunities • Align innovation initiatives with growth priorities and customer needs • Coordinate strategic partnerships and joint ventures • Ensure growth activities align with executive priorities • Strengthen collaboration between Growth, Delivery, Technology, and Executive teams • This position may perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field or experience in lieu of degree
  • 15+ years of experience in federal contracting
  • Strong understanding of GovCon growth models
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
