Role Description The Training & Development Analyst I will assist in the design, development, and delivery of organizational training solutions, to ensure successful user adoption of systems and applications. This entry-level role collaborates with customers and senior training staff to produce high quality multimedia training materials and deliver effective training experience. - Delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers. - Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results. - Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation. - Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements. - Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids. - Make recommendations to enhance training materials and delivery methods to ensure maximum user adoption. - Design and produce training materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia. - Co-facilitate and or deliver training sessions and workshops as required. - Perform quality reviews of training deliverables and on tools, templates, and best practices. - Track and communicate training content progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to support on time delivery. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalent - 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials. - 1+ year of experience coordinating or task leading content development efforts, including planning, scheduling, status reporting, and risk or issue tracking. - Ability to demonstrate a growing technical expertise in all aspects of training and analysis, to include the planning, support, design, development, and integration. - Background check Requirements - BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience (preferred). - Experience supporting training efforts for software development or IT programs (preferred). - Experience working in agile or iterative development environments (preferred). - Experience developing training for enterprise applications (preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Moderate knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. - Ability to develop clear, engaging training materials for diverse audiences. - Demonstrate an ability to identify problems, gather and analyze information skillfully, and assist in the development of training solutions. - Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work well in group collaboration and problem-solving situations. • Support the day-to-day execution of IT Asset Management by collecting, maintaining, and validating asset data. • Identify risks and discrepancies, ensuring that ITAM processes are followed consistently. • Translate defined ITAM policies and processes into accurate operational data that supports compliance, cost control, and decision-making. • Use Flexera to identify and fix data discrepancies; ensure hardware models, serial numbers, and technical specifications are correctly categorized and mapped. • Monitor the health of Flexera agents and beacons across the global estate; identify blind spots where hardware is not reporting and work with local IT to restore visibility. • Act as the first point of contact for regional ITAM representatives; provide them with technical guidance on how to correctly update asset statuses and use the global toolset. • Perform regular reconciliations between Flexera and ITSM (EasyVista) to ensure hardware lifecycle states are synchronized. • Create technical reports on asset health, hardware age, and discovery coverage to help the Manager identify risks and areas for improvement. • Assist in the technical "offboarding" of equipment, ensuring that retired assets are properly decommissioned in the system and data is wiped/verified according to policy.
