Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst I to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the global business. Within the FP&A team, this role will work closely with Finance leadership and Operational teams to deliver accurate reporting, support forecasting processes, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions. This role will support exposure to AI and machine learning initiatives. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis. - Support the monthly financial reporting process, including preparation of management reports and dashboards - Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collection and model updates - Assist with preparation of charts, graphs, and reports as required - Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide key insights - Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency - Provide technology-driven data insights for Finance and Operational teams' key decision-making - Develop and maintain Excel-based models and analysis tools - Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives - Identify opportunities to improve reporting process automation and data quality through the use of AI tools Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience acceptable) - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) - Basic understanding of financial statements and key metrics - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and attention to detail Requirements - Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, or reporting - Experience with financial systems or data tools (e.g., Power BI, ERP systems) - Interest in FP&A, partnering with Operations, and financial strategy - AI tools and machine learning exposure Benefits - Competitive total rewards package - Retirement plan - Healthcare coverage - Broad range of other benefits

Role Description The Bill Review Analyst is responsible for reviewing, auditing and data-entry of medical bills for multiple states and lines of business. Role Description The HEDIS Improvement Team supports quality improvement initiatives with a primary focus on Stars performance. The team partners closely with Clinical Operations to identify opportunities for improvement, develop actionable insights, and measure the impact of quality improvement initiatives. Our analytics environment is built within a modern Informatics platform utilizing Databricks for data storage, transformation, and advanced querying.
