• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closing • Conduct product demos to demonstrate the value of our software to prospective customers • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure an optimal customer experience • Use CRM systems to document and analyze the sales pipeline • Continuously monitor the market to identify new opportunities
Job Requirements
- You have a proven track record as a Sales Account Executive and bring 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Ideally with experience in the SaaS sector
- Experience working with hair, beauty, or spa businesses
- Demonstrable success in sales, particularly in winning new customers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions clearly
- Self-driven, target-oriented work style with high motivation to meet objectives
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Native-level German and strong English skills (at least B2), as our company language is English
