• Identify and research prospective clients within the hospitality and events sectors • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using provided tools and resources • Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach campaigns • Create and manage multi-touch follow-up sequences • Engage directly with event planners, hotel decision-makers, venue managers, and business owners • Qualify prospects and uncover partnership opportunities • Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for leadership • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions • Consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting targets • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies • Monitor pipeline progress and assist in moving opportunities through the sales process

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a similar outbound sales role
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach experience
  • Experience building prospect lists and conducting market research
  • Ability to identify and engage decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
