• Outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels • Research accounts and identify key decision makers • Book qualified meetings and create pipeline opportunities for Account Executives • Personalize outreach while maintaining strong activity levels • Build and improve the outbound motion • Partner with Sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies • Share customer insights and market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your results
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment where processes are still evolving
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn through experimentation
