• Help with optimization, support and deployment of our cloud-based data systems • Build secure, scalable, and compliant database solutions using Azure SQL Server, and other cloud-native technologies • Support the evolution of our analytics lakehouse and all of its data sources • Ensure platform supports real-time clinical workflows, patient data analytics, and regulatory reporting
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL in production environments, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries
- Deep understanding of cloud database architecture, PaaS vs IaaS, and hybrid cloud models
- Strong command of T-SQL, PowerShell, and optionally Python or C# for automation and scripting
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards is a plus
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and clinical teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially around data lineage and auditability.
