Mobilisation Programme Manager
Mears Group, Inc.
• Provide programme-level leadership and coordination across mobilisation workstreams • Own and manage the SVMS Implementation Plan and related documentation • Develop and maintain programme plans, dependency maps, risk logs and assurance products • Apply project and programme management best practice across planning, scheduling, financial management and reporting • Drive delivery against mobilisation milestones, managing risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities • Coordinate mobilisation assurance activity including readiness checklists and evidence packs • Manage and engage supply partners and key stakeholders across regional and specialist delivery • Support mobilisation readiness across supply partners • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Mobilisation Director, Mears senior leadership team and the Authority • Ensure safeguarding, quality and compliance requirements are embedded from day one • Support the controlled transition from mobilisation into business as usual • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and trauma-informed, user-focused delivery

- Strong background in project management with experience of implementation
- Experience of establishing, managing and maintaining project plans
- Proven experience overseeing and tracking the implementation of new processes, systems and solutions
