• Provide programme-level leadership and coordination across mobilisation workstreams • Own and manage the SVMS Implementation Plan and related documentation • Develop and maintain programme plans, dependency maps, risk logs and assurance products • Apply project and programme management best practice across planning, scheduling, financial management and reporting • Drive delivery against mobilisation milestones, managing risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities • Coordinate mobilisation assurance activity including readiness checklists and evidence packs • Manage and engage supply partners and key stakeholders across regional and specialist delivery • Support mobilisation readiness across supply partners • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Mobilisation Director, Mears senior leadership team and the Authority • Ensure safeguarding, quality and compliance requirements are embedded from day one • Support the controlled transition from mobilisation into business as usual • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and trauma-informed, user-focused delivery

• The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for managing and analysing data from multiple sources, developing reporting solutions and providing actionable insight to support business performance and service improvement. • Collect and organise data from databases, data lakes, surveys and reports. • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform decision making. • Develop and maintain data models and reporting solutions to track and manage performance. • Create and present data driven reports to support management and operational teams. • Collaborate with departments to gather data relevant to housing maintenance operations. • Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve service quality and efficiency. • Support the development of predictive models and forecasting related to maintenance needs. • Contribute to best practice management of central data stores and data assets.

• Lead, manage, and develop a high‑performing team of L&D Specialists • Support a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within your team • Deliver engaging face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions across a range of topics • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of learning programmes, short courses, and corporate initiatives • Work with the Quality & Design team and subject matter experts to ensure content meets colleague needs • Build strong working relationships across the business to understand training requirements • Support the implementation of learning programmes that improve performance and capability • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, using feedback and data to drive improvements • Contribute to reporting and ROI analysis to demonstrate the impact of learning activity

• Supporting a geographically dispersed Procurement team across the UK • Providing high-quality administrative support to ensure procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently • Responsible for a range of administrative activities that support Procurement Advisors in their day-to-day work • Chasing compliance documentation • Booking and coordinating meetings • Updating internal systems and trackers • Downloading, managing and storing procurement documentation • Maintaining accurate records in line with governance and data protection requirements • Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring actions are followed up in a timely manner • Supporting continuous improvement of administrative processes

• Design, build and maintain SQL Server and SSIS‑based integrations across multiple systems • Implement restartable, idempotent, and supportable integration patterns • Design and maintain staging layers, including validation, cleansing, row‑count checks and audit trails • Diagnose and resolve integration issues, including duplicates, missing records, late‑arriving data and schema changes • Work with analysts and testers to clarify requirements, define rules and ensure integrations behave as expected • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure integrations are monitored, logged and support‑ready • Produce clear technical documentation, including design specs, support guides and data flow diagrams • Apply best practices for performance, security, error handling and operational resilience • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration patterns, tooling and processes
