• Support the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts and financial models across multiple DTC and eCommerce clients • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, helping identify key performance trends and business drivers • Analyse revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, customer acquisition costs and cash flow performance • Produce reporting packs and dashboards that help clients make better commercial decisions • Support scenario planning and growth modelling exercises • Help translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for founders and leadership teams • Maintain reporting templates and financial models to ensure accuracy and consistency • Work with large datasets across multiple systems including Shopify, Amazon, marketing platforms and finance systems • Support month-end performance reviews and forecast updates • Assist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy • Help improve forecasting processes, reporting frameworks and analytical tools • Contribute to automation projects and process improvements • Support internal KPI reporting as eClarity continues to scale
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, finance analyst, management accounts or a similar analytical finance role
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Experience working with large datasets using Google BigQuery (or similar cloud-based data warehousing tools)
- Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly
- Commercially curious and interested in understanding how businesses grow
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop quickly
- Experience within eCommerce, DTC, retail, marketplace or subscription businesses would be advantageous but not essential
