Senior Financial Systems Integration Analyst
BKF Engineers
• ERP Integration & Data Validation: Support ERP integrations during M&A activities by performing data mapping, validation, and reconciliation between source and target systems. Ensure completeness and accuracy of data throughout the integration lifecycle. • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Analyze and compare large datasets across systems to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and gaps. Resolve data issues in collaboration with accounting, M&A, and IT stakeholders to maintain system integrity. • Data Extraction & Analysis: Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems. Support repeatable processes for data comparison and validation. • Excel-Based Analysis & Modeling: Develop advanced Excel models and tools to support reconciliation, validation, and reporting efforts during integrations and ongoing operations. • Cross-Functional Integration Support: Partner with M&A, Accounting, and IT teams to support integration planning and execution. Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams to ensure alignment on data structures and requirements. • Documentation & Process Standardization: Document data structures, mapping logic, validation processes, and integration workflows. Contribute to building repeatable, scalable processes for future acquisitions. • Ongoing Data & Systems Support: Serve as a utility player outside of active M&A efforts by supporting data quality initiatives, system improvements, and ad hoc analysis across ERP and related systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ERP systems, accounting systems, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data integrity principles, particularly within accounting or ERP environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, system migrations, or M&A integrations is preferred.
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar) is preferred.

- The typical base salary range for this position is $115,000.00-$150,000.00 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is a salary position paid biweekly.
