Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline
- Master’s in Life Sciences/MBBS/BDS/PhD (>3 years of experience) preferred
- Advanced degree holders should have >3 years of relevant experience (HEOR/SLR)

• At Rula, we’re on a mission to make mental health care more accessible by streamlining the path for Providers to begin seeing patients as quickly and efficiently as possible. • As a Credentialing & Enrollment Associate, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the systems that support our rapid growth. • In this role, you will contribute directly to improving the Provider experience by ensuring timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment. • Whether you’re scoping enrollment requirements for new payer implementations, submitting applications, or guiding Providers through each step of the process, your work will have a meaningful, tangible impact. • You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights. • Additionally, you’ll help educate and support our credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are introduced.
• Works with their Producer, service team, and other internal departments to plan, execute, and track customized service strategies for each client • Handles insurance quotes and proposals, providing a summary of programs, options, and other specifics to help clients in making purchasing decisions • Builds personalized client relationships through multiple channels of communication such as phone, email, and in-person meetings • Analyzes risk, coverage, and program structure and recommends options • Executes coverage and program changes • Leverages insurance knowledge and communication skills to explain coverage terms, program options, and other items to clients as needed • Works with service team to effectively manage and oversee new business and renewal processes by following ARMR procedures and protocols • Assembles submissions for underwriters based on information gathered from clients related to their exposures, lines of coverage needed, etc. • Communicates with underwriters on submissions and negotiates premium, coverage, and other terms on behalf of clients • Consistently follows ARMR procedures and protocols related to service • Accurately maintains complete client files including the clear documentation of account detail in agency management systems including policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondence
• Manage a high-volume hiring pipeline, helping Care Professional candidates navigate from application through onboarding completion • Build rapport with candidates, providing proactive and reactive support, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and compliant for state and national regulations • Meet key hiring KPIs, including conversion rates, time-to-hire, and weekly hiring goals • Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from candidates needing assistance • Ensure priority candidates move efficiently through a tech-enabled hiring process, leveraging automated workflows to remove barriers and drive hiring outcomes
