• Manage a high-volume hiring pipeline, helping Care Professional candidates navigate from application through onboarding completion • Build rapport with candidates, providing proactive and reactive support, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and compliant for state and national regulations • Meet key hiring KPIs, including conversion rates, time-to-hire, and weekly hiring goals • Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from candidates needing assistance • Ensure priority candidates move efficiently through a tech-enabled hiring process, leveraging automated workflows to remove barriers and drive hiring outcomes

• Assist facilities in becoming accredited with the designations of Chest Pain Center Accreditation, Heart Failure Accreditation, Cath Lab Accreditation, Electrophysiology Accreditation, Transcatheter Valve Certification, HeartCARE Center, National Distinction of Excellence and future service lines per the criteria defined by ACC Accreditation Services. • Specialize in Chest Pain and Heart Failure Accreditations. • Conduct on-site or video site reviews at facilities that request any of the Accreditation services offered by the ACC. • Engage in interactive dialogue with the health care organization while on-site regarding the items in the Accreditation Tool to assess gaps and areas for improvement. • Serve in an advisory capacity to ensure facilities understand the requirements for accreditation and facilitate their success. • Review accreditation materials submitted by facilities seeking accreditation for completeness and to ensure that materials meet the essential component requirements in the Accreditation Tool. • Participate in presentations and professional trade shows to educate the public and other professionals regarding the benefits of all accreditations. • Communicate and coordinate with facilities to arrange site reviews and secure additional documentation for accreditation review, if needed. • Prepare summary report to the Accreditation Review Committee and to the reviewed facility to articulate findings from the site review, accreditation decision, and potential opportunities for improvement. • Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure the mission and vision of ACC Accreditation Services are upheld.

• Support IntusCare’s Risk Adjustment team by performing State Encounter coding activities • Apply CPT and E & M codes in accordance with AMA coding standards and specific requirements for state encounter submission • Ensure accurate code selection reflects the complexity, medical decision-making, and time documented by the provider for each encounter • Ensure coding is supported by appropriate clinical documentation • Accurately document coding decisions using established templates and tools • Maintain high standards of coding accuracy and consistency in all assigned work • Follow all regulatory requirements and internal quality guidelines • Participate in quality reviews and feedback sessions to improve coding performance • Flag missing or unclear documentation for review by senior coding staff • Complete assigned daily and weekly coding volumes based on team needs • Adhere to defined workflows, turnaround times, and submission deadlines • Utilize designated coding platforms and internal tools to complete tasks • Escalate questions or blockers to the Manager or senior coders in a timely manner
