Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation
Abramson Labor Group
• Managing a docket of cases to resolution • Depositions: Preparing client for deposition • Attending depositions • Invoicing Depositions • Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution • Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls • Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed • Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example • Participation in team events during work and after work hours • Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients
Job Requirements
- Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and preferably reside in the state of California
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
- Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
