Senior Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation

Abramson Labor Group

• Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team, supporting strong case outcomes and exceptional client service. • Offer guidance on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations. • Mentor and develop fellow attorneys to maintain consistent, high-quality representation. • Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations as needed. • Conduct client educational webinars and address escalated client matters. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture.

Job Requirements

  • JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 5-7 years of Workers’ Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
