Job Description
Growth Specialist
Lucidya | لوسيديا
• Own demand-generation targets across paid and outbound channels, and optimize relentlessly to hit lead and pipeline goals. • Support the Senior B2B Media Manager to build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta - including audiences, budgets, negatives, and creative testing. • Build and run outbound programs across email and LinkedIn, using enrichment, buyer signals, and AI personalization to keep quality high even at volume. • Build and maintain target audiences and contact lists using enrichment and intent data. • Own day-to-day marketing operations in HubSpot - workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, list hygiene, and deliverability. • Partner with content and web teams to build and improve landing pages and conversion paths, and run A/B tests that actually move conversion. • Track and report on funnel performance - cost per lead, cost per acquisition, MQL and SQL conversion, and channel ROI - then surface the insight and recommend the fix. • Put AI tools to work to scale content and personalization and to automate the repetitive parts of the job. • Keep data clean and make sure every campaign meets privacy and anti-spam regulations. • You are responsible for outcomes: qualified pipeline, an efficient cost of acquisition, and demand the sales team can actually close.
Job Requirements
- You've spent 2 to 4 years in performance marketing, demand generation, growth, or revenue operations - ideally inside B2B SaaS.
- You've run the real thing: hands-on paid media campaigns, outbound programs, or both.
- You're analytical to the core and at home in data and reporting - the numbers tell you what to do next.
- You have an operator mindset. You build, ship, and fix things yourself, and you don't need to be managed task by task.
- You pick up new tools and AI workflows fast - you'd rather learn one by using it than by reading about it.

Title: Growth Analyst Location: Virginia Arlington Department: Growth & Analytics Work Type: Hybrid, Full Time Job Description: About Lendable Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start: - One of the UK’s newest unicorns with a team of just over 700 people - Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK - Profitable since 2017 - Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs - Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot) So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days. We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Join us if you want to - Take ownership across a broad remit. You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 - Work in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo - Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the role We’re looking for a highly analytical, commercially-minded Growth Analyst to join our U.S. team. Working with a Senior Growth Manager, you will take direct responsibility for uncovering new opportunities, and designing and implementing strategies to maximise them - not just monitoring and analysing. You’ll join a small, ambitious, fast-paced team of problem solvers — not traditional marketers. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on ownership, uses data to make decisions, and is comfortable translating analysis into action. What you’ll be doing - Own the analysis and week-to-week optimization of key acquisition channels for US loans. You will be responsible for identifying areas of strong performance and headroom for improvement, designing a strategy based on your findings, and implementing required changes - Design, implement, and analyse price testing strategies to uncover volume and credit quality insights, and iteratively improve the competitive position of the US Loans product - Drive volume allocation decisions by analysing growth potential, credit quality, and ability to win across key acquisition channels. You will be responsible for ensuring we accurately forecast origination volume, and make the highest-value changes to ensure we hit our targets whilst maximising business performance - Uncover high-value growth opportunities by forming and prioritizing commercial hypotheses, and leveraging diverse internal and external datasets to validate them - Be hands-on with data. You will drive your own analysis, uncover insights, and generate recommendations using SQL and analytics tooling…not just review dashboards What we’re looking for Essential - Strong hands-on analytics experience — you are comfortable pulling data yourself and using it to drive business decisions (strong SQL experience required, Python is an added bonus) - A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions. - A collaborative, open approach and a willingness to challenge your own assumptions - Intellectual curiosity to understand all aspects of a credit business, and openness to learn from colleagues and peers - Relentless curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo Desirable - Experience driving analysis-backed business decisions in the US personal loans market, ideally at a FinTech - Experience optimising direct marketing channels (direct mail, cross sell, etc.) - Experience working at or with a major U.S. affiliate (like Credit Karma) Life at Lendable - Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies - Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites - Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls - Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover - Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans - Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members - Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations - Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations
