In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $110,000.00 to USD $130,000.00. Performance Objectives Compensation Strategy & Design - Own and evolve the global compensation philosophy, ensuring alignment with Enverus' total rewards strategy, business objectives, and talent market positioning. - Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit, bonus, and comp change processes for all employees. - Design and maintain salary structures, job architecture, and career leveling frameworks across all functions and geographies. - Conduct regular benchmarking using Radford/Aon and other relevant surveys to ensure market competitiveness for technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
