Role Description ¿Eres el tipo de persona que no solo detecta un problema operativo, sino que lo resuelve de principio a fin? Este reto es para ti. Alegra opera con más de 500 personas en 9 países y la velocidad a la que crece exige procesos que estén a la altura. Tu rol es atacar ese problema de frente: - Entrar a un área de negocio, aprender cómo opera y eliminar lo que frena al equipo. - Rediseñar procesos, automatizar lo repetitivo y construir visibilidad donde antes no había ninguna. - El impacto se mide en tiempo recuperado, flujos que antes eran manuales y ahora corren solos, y un equipo que ejecuta con menos roce y más velocidad. ¿Qué harás con nosotros? - Mapear los procesos del área: herramientas, flujos, OKRs, estructura del equipo y procesos principales. - Identificar cuellos de botella, tareas repetitivas y oportunidades de mejora con base en datos y observación directa. - Diseñar e implementar soluciones operativas concretas: rediseño de procesos, automatizaciones e incorporación de herramientas innovadoras. - Implementar automatizaciones con herramientas de IA para reducir el trabajo manual del equipo. - Coordinar accionables y hacer seguimiento activo a los compromisos del equipo entre reunión y reunión. - Construir y mantener dashboards e informes que den visibilidad real a tu equipo sobre objetivos, OKRs y métricas clave. - Documentar los procesos mejorados de forma clara para que el equipo los opere de forma autónoma. - Facilitar instancias de seguimiento: preparar agenda, consolidar información y asegurar que las reuniones produzcan decisiones concretas. - Proponer mejoras de forma proactiva y gestionar su implementación de inicio a fin. ¿Cómo usarás IA en el día a día de este rol? - Proponer e implementar flujos automatizados con herramientas como n8n, Make o Zapier para construir operaciones de negocio más ágiles e inteligentes. - Usarás Claude, GPT o Gemini para acelerar diagnósticos, redactar documentación y analizar datos operativos que permitan tomar decisiones informadas. - Prototiparás dashboards o interfaces livianas con Lovable, Google IA o v0 cuando el equipo necesite soluciones tangibles para problemas concretos. Qualifications - Estudiante en fase de prácticas, recién egresado o profesional con hasta 2 años de experiencia en roles de operaciones, mejora de procesos, project management o análisis de negocio. - Formación en carreras como Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Internacionales, Diseño de medios interactivos, o afines. - Experiencia construyendo dashboards e informes estratégicos con herramientas como Excel y Power BI. - Manejo de herramientas y suite de Google nivel medio/avanzado. - Capacidad para mapear y documentar procesos: diagramas de flujo, swimlanes, SOPs. - Experiencia práctica con al menos algunas herramientas de IA (Claude, GPT, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier u otras). - Conocimiento o exposición a la metodología OKR — no se exige experiencia práctica extensa, pero sí comprensión real de cómo funciona. - Inglés avanzado (B2 o C1) para comunicación escrita y oral con equipos y stakeholders. Requirements - Deseable experiencia en industrias Tech, SaaS, Startup o Fintech. - Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles como Scrum, Kanban, Lean y herramientas de gestión de proyectos o tareas como Trello, Asana, Jira, etc. - Conocimiento en tecnologías de programación y/o automatización básicas como Google AppScript, Phyton, SQL, N8N, Zapier, etc. - Manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos como Looker Studio, Metabase o Google Data Studio. Role Description The Clinical Billing Integrity Lead Analyst will support the organization’s efforts in ensuring that all utilization requests and claim submissions align to payers' medical necessity rules and requirements. This role includes the application of payer-specific medical necessity criteria to claims and prior authorization requests, ensuring that clinical documentation supports the medical necessity of services provided.
