• Analyze and review EKG recordings, documenting interpretation findings to clinical accuracy and completeness • Perform comprehensive EKG annotation including rhythm, beat-level, fiducial marker, and rhythm onset/offset annotation • Identify and classify advanced cardiac rhythms, arrhythmias, conduction abnormalities, ectopy, pauses, artifact, pacemaker rhythms, and ICD related events • Maintain strict departmental quality and productivity standards, consistently achieving a performance benchmark of 92% or higher • Successfully meet all assigned project goals, deliverables, and timelines established by the Manager of Data Annotation • Support ongoing product development initiatives by providing accurate, clinically sound EKG interpretations • Collaborate with team members to review and interpret complex or ambiguous EKG recordings, ensuring consensus, clinical accuracy, and annotation consistency • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic while operating effectively with minimal supervision • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure full compliance with company policies, data security guidelines, and regulatory standards

Title: Resource Analyst Location: Bangalore Karnātaka India Full time Remote As a Resource Analyst, you will forecast, track and identify resource allocation needs, assignments, and availability for assigned projects. You will coordinate and analyze information for the efficient utilization and forecasting of labor needs of clinical resources in each assigned geographical area. Responsibilities include also recommending appropriate composition of project teams to enable presentation of appropriate clinical teams to clients and influencing the performance and profitability of project teams from a quality, operational and financial aspect across all therapeutic areas. What You'll Do: - Track and identify resource needs and assignments. Coordinate the intake, follow-up and resolution of assigned resource requests. Maintain project module in the system. Demonstrate effective use of resourcing dashboards. - Identify staff for assignments based on client requirements, employee background, therapeutic requirements, geographical area, availability. - Coordinate weekly resourcing needs and facilitates meetings, engaging participants at the AD, Dir, Sr Dir, and ED level. Distribute resourcing reports. - Update roll-off dates and assignments for all clinical resources of projects managed by respective area. - Coordinate, track and distribute CVs as needed.
