Qualifications - 5–8 years in solution architecture, workflow automation, process engineering, software engineering, systems integration, or adjacent roles. - Experience mapping business processes and designing workflows that combine automation, systems, data, business rules, AI assistance, and human review. - Working experience with AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, or AI-assisted business processes. - Ability to communicate across organizational levels, including business users, executives, IT, data teams, and implementation partners. - Integration skills, including the ability to work with data from multiple systems. - Ability to think architecturally while still being hands-on enough to build MVPs, prototypes, automations, or lightweight tools. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
