• Install, set-up, and maintain fuel handling/outage critical crane equipment at customer sites worldwide • Review operational procedures, maintenance procedures, and drawings in detail • Provide support to engineering and training by performing activities such as equipment modifications, equipment setup and testing, mock-up preparation, process testing, and equipment and process qualifications • Document equipment performance issues during field implementation, and ensure corrective actions are complete before next scheduled use • Participate in training programs to acquire and maintain certifications and keep current with technology and procedures • Perform all assigned tasks with support, with a high degree of quality, and within the parameters of qualified procedures and guidelines • Document all quality related issues • Practice a "Safety First" attitude as an important part of all activities • Demonstrate good housekeeping practices in work areas • Maintain "Unescorted Access" status at nuclear power plant sites • Develop, exercise and promote team-building skills with peers, supervisors, contractors, customers and other departments • Demonstrate good customer sensitivity • Report to the service supervisor the status of field work progress, changes, problems, and mistakes on a daily or as need basis

• Scheduling tasks at a customer’s job sites • Troubleshooting issues, quickly and effectively, using technical drawings and documentation • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams • Performing routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise • Analyze customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to identify new or ongoing machine performance issues resulting in problem-solving and machine maintenance • Continuous learning, including the customer’s operational processes, packaging designs, technical specifications • Installation of Packsize solutions and training others to use and maintain it • Basic clerical and administrative duties, including timely reading and responding to emails, preparing and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, writing detailed technical reports, etc. • Responsively and productively communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer’s personnel so they will understand • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations • Adhere to all Packsize and customer’s safety requirements, and safety protocols related to exposed moving parts and electricity • Excellent work ethic and time management skills • Machine Operation Clearing jams, loading Z-fold, changing labels, changing bander paper and adding glue to the machine.

• Maintain pro-active daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and appropriate follow up, leading to customer satisfaction. • Completion of health and safety documentation before commencement of each installation/ repair. • Ensure the “Job Sheet” is completed in full and signed by an authorised person before leaving the installation/ repair. • Perform the allocated work on time, accurately and with a high quality of workmanship. • Troubleshoot customer queries on perceived faulty equipment and suggest resolutions and designate equipment. • Maintain the accuracy of assigned inventory to ensure accountability and integrity of stock, ensuring all company equipment is kept secure at all times. • Encourage ‘tidy van, tidy mind’ attitude
