• Maintain pro-active daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and appropriate follow up, leading to customer satisfaction. • Completion of health and safety documentation before commencement of each installation/ repair. • Ensure the “Job Sheet” is completed in full and signed by an authorised person before leaving the installation/ repair. • Perform the allocated work on time, accurately and with a high quality of workmanship. • Troubleshoot customer queries on perceived faulty equipment and suggest resolutions and designate equipment. • Maintain the accuracy of assigned inventory to ensure accountability and integrity of stock, ensuring all company equipment is kept secure at all times. • Encourage ‘tidy van, tidy mind’ attitude
• You’ll own the growth of Managed IT and Modern Workplace across our existing customers. • Identifying, creating, and winning opportunities within the customer base. • Working closely with our Retentions team turning warm conversations into real opportunities. • Proactively building your own pipeline - not waiting to be spoon‑fed. • Helping the Retentions team get sharper and more confident with our products, how they’re positioned, and when to bring you in. • Joining live customer calls when introduced by the team, adding specialist value and helping move opportunities forward. • Building and managing a healthy pipeline across the existing customer base. • Proactively engaging customers to uncover new requirements. • Running customer meetings via phone, Teams, and face‑to‑face where it makes sense. • Creating and delivering proposals, quotes, and presentations. • Owning opportunities end‑to‑end, from first conversation through to close. • Working closely with delivery and internal teams to ensure smooth handover. • Keeping CRM, pipeline, and forecasting accurate and up to date.
• Own the Managed IT and Modern Workplace sales strategy across the business • Define where we focus, why, and how we win • Translate strategy into clear, executable plans for your team • Ensure strong alignment with Retentions, Account Management, and the wider sales organisation • Be responsible for forecasting, performance visibility, and reporting into the Head of Specialist Sales • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales specialists with varying levels of seniority and exposure • Create a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and trusted • Spend time in deals, on calls, and in coaching sessions to make people better • Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance rhythm
• Support Account Managers and BDMs in customer meetings to identify challenges, shape solutions and articulate value • Lead and deliver customer demonstrations (remote and on-site), tailoring demos to customer needs and outcomes • Work as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping customers clearly see how our solutions address their pain points • Engage with customers across a wide range of sizes and sectors • Work closely with your aligned AMs and BDMs, building strong, collaborative relationships • Help upskill Account Managers and BDMs, enabling them to identify opportunities and confidently introduce specialist solutions • Share best practice, success stories and market insight with the wider sales team • Act as a bridge between sales, delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
