Senior Client Executive

Role Description The Client Executive is accountable for the client NPS, P&L, growth, and delivery oversight of their assigned account(s). Responsibilities include: - Defining and executing growth strategy - Revenue forecasting - Achieving all financial targets - Ensuring service excellence and overall client satisfaction - Managing a diverse portfolio and leveraging a remote onsite/offshore model - Interfacing with executives on multiple levels This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. The starting pay range for this remote role is $144,000 - $244,000. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution - Flexible spending or health savings account - Life and AD&D insurance - Short and long term disability coverage - Paid time off - Employee assistance program - Participation in a 401k program with company match - Additional voluntary or legally-required benefits Qualifications - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual revenues in excess of $50M - Minimum of 3 years in Logistics industry with knowledge of business drivers (Revenue generation, Margin Levers, Cost Levers, and trends) - Minimum of 10+ years of experience selling IT services to Manufacturing or Logistics clients - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Client Management, with the ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage Requirements - Be a Logistics industry expert with knowledge of business drivers - Excel at Client Management - Understand competitors and their strategies - Navigate large, complex organizations at C-level - Create success with financial management capabilities - Create deals that align with client interests - Develop regional account planning efforts and strategic account plans - Facilitate the creation of new, marketable solutions and offerings Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution - Flexible spending or health savings account - Life and AD&D insurance - Short and long term disability coverage - Paid time off - Employee assistance program - Participation in a 401k program with company match - Additional voluntary or legally-required benefits
