Senior Product Manager – Onchain
Kraken Digital Asset Exchange
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals • Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions • Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products. • Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration • Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement • Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction • Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand wallet capabilities • Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement • Help establish Kraken Wallet as the preferred gateway to the onchain economy through secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating competing priorities and driving alignment in a dynamic, regulated environment
- Macro-to-micro versatility: the ability to hold and defend a strategic view while staying close enough to the detail to make good product decisions
- Capable and calculated risk-taker — you make bold product bets with conviction, move fast when the signal is there, and treat setbacks as learning opportunities rather than reasons to slow down
- Deep technical fluency — you are comfortable in the weeds of system architecture, understand Web3 and on-chain fundamentals, can read and dabble in code, and do not leave hard technical problems solely to engineering
