Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
- 5+ years of CRM or data platform industry experience
- Ability to drive requirement gathering and lead discovery workshops
- Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 as a CDP, Predictive & Generative Capabilities
- Familiarity with data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation concepts
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and data flows across disparate systems
- Comfortable using flow charting and data-modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
