Regional Sales Executive
Onfly
• Serve as the primary communication channel between Onfly and our partners for commercial and strategic matters; • Work by visiting clients in person, pursuing new customers for Onfly; • Understand the needs of our partners, continuously seeking new ways to optimize business KPIs, generating insights and providing post-sales follow-up; • Answer questions and provide guidance on costs, products, and services; • Use creativity and remain results-focused; • Exceed customer expectations by presenting disruptive and innovative solutions; • Achieve targets in line with the company strategy; • Collect feedback and suggestions to continuously improve problem-resolution performance; be proactive in proposing improvements to internal processes.
Job Requirements
- Willingness to make in-person client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Previous experience in sales;
- Broad business acumen;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of CRM systems;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications**
- Previous experience closing deals and managing accounts, preferably handling client portfolios for software, technology, and online services (SaaS).
