Sales Executive, Financial Crimes

CSI

• Prospect and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory • Evaluate potential business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as needed • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records using Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan with clear goals and account strategies • Prepare detailed pricing, proposals, and other sales documentation • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support strategic sales initiatives • Continuously manage and report on sales pipeline activity and opportunity status

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in financial services, software, or regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, regulatory frameworks, and fraud prevention solutions
  • Proven consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Technologically proficient with an aptitude for business processes and analytical tools
  • Willingness to travel as required (25%)
