LTX

At our core is LTX- an open-source generative video model built to deliver expressive, high-fidelity video at unmatched speed. It powers our own products and a growing ecosystem of creative partners worldwide. We're one of the few companies globally building our own multimodal foundation models, competing directly with the world's largest AI labs. Startup speed. Experienced leadership. A product people already love. Backed by a proven business model and unicorn-scale resources. We were founded by four computer-science PhDs who never stopped thinking like researchers. That mindset still defines us: deep technical ambition, a bias toward building, and a belief that the best creative tools haven't been invented yet. The team has done it before. Lightricks' suite of apps, including the famous Facetune, has over 500 million downloads worldwide and has won numerous prestigious awards, including Apple's App of the Year, the Apple Design Award and both Apple and Google Play's Best of the Year. What makes us "us" - At LTX, innovation starts with people, not buzzwords. We move fast, speak plainly, and take real ownership. Impact here comes from passion, curiosity, and initiative, and from raising the bar for yourself and the people around you. We believe the best work happens together. The culture here is genuinely collaborative, people share knowledge, back each other up, and win as a team. When things click, everyone feels it. You'll have what you need to do your best work: unrestricted access to compute, tools, and resources. We're AI-native in practice- first access to the latest models, real infrastructure, and a team that learns together in real time. We move at the pace of AI, not just in what we ship, but in how we think and work. Priorities shift, the market moves, and we move with it. If you thrive on change, adapt quickly, and want to be part of a team that keeps up, you'll feel right at home. We build, break, iterate, repeat. What matters here is how you think, what you're curious about, and where you want to go.

Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - R&D

LTX

Lightricks is an AI-first company creating next-generation content creation technology for businesses, enterprises, and studios with a mission to bridge the gap between imagination and creation. At our core is LTX-2, an open-source generative video model, built to deliver expressive, high-fidelity video at unmatched speed. It powers both our own products and a growing ecosystem of partners through API integration. The company is also known globally for pioneering consumer creativity through products like Facetune, one of the world’s most recognized creative brands, which helped introduce AI-powered visual expression to hundreds of millions of users worldwide. We combine deep research, user-first design, and end-to-end execution from concept to final render, to bring the future of expression to all. We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - R&D who's genuinely curious about AI and technology, knows how to earn the trust of technical leaders, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and pushes hiring processes forward. What you will be doing - Own the full recruiting lifecycle for global R&D roles across Engineering, Research, Data, and Product teams in Israel, the UK, and the US. - Partner closely with R&D leadership and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, calibrate talent profiles, and advise on market realities. - Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional passive talent, with a strong emphasis on the AI/ML, deep learning, and generative AI ecosystem. - Drive structured, fast-moving hiring processes with clear stakeholder communication, sharp prioritization, and zero drop-off in candidate care. - Leverage AI-powered tools to build smarter, more efficient recruiting workflows. - Identify friction points in the hiring process and lead the implementation of solutions - treating recruitment operations with the same rigor you'd expect from an engineering team. - Partner with the HR team to drive initiatives that strengthen manager capabilities, elevate the candidate journey, and contribute to an exceptional employee experience across the organization. Your skills and experience - 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth AI, deep tech company. - Prior experience recruiting AI/ML researchers is a strong advantage. - Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive, pipeline-first mindset. - A true business partner mindset - you know how to build trust with senior technical leaders, challenge assumptions when needed, and move hiring decisions forward with confidence. - Deep fluency in the R&D talent landscape: you can hold a credible conversation about ML research, platform engineering, or data infrastructure, and you know what separates a strong signal from noise in a technical profile. - Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows. - High organizational intelligence - able to balance multiple searches, shifting priorities, and demanding stakeholders without losing quality or speed. - Fluent English. Why Join Us:We’re here to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and video - not for the buzz, but for the craft, the challenge, and the chance to make something genuinely new. We believe in an environment where people are encouraged to think, create and explore. Real impact happens when people are empowered to experiment, evolve, and elevate together. At Lightricks, every breakthrough starts with great people and a collaborative mindset. If you're looking for a place that combines deep tech, creative energy, and zero buzzword culture, you might be in the right place. We got you covered! We empower employees with cutting-edge tools and learning opportunities to grow and succeed through workshops, access and training on platforms, subscriptions, and clear guidelines for responsible AI use. We offer Car-to-go subscriptions and run daily door-to-door shuttles from several locations in central Israel, plus free parking and train-station pickups. We’re proud to have 2 chef-led restaurants on site by the legendary Machneyuda Group (yes, that Machneyuda!), plus a bakery nestled in the heart of our office, filled daily with the scent of fresh pastries.

This is a highly execution-focused role requiring comfort with: - High-volume cold calling - Outbound process building - Lead list generation - Sales operations discipline - Messaging optimization - Pipeline creation - SDR coaching and leadership potential The ideal candidate understands how to build outbound engines from the ground up while remaining highly active in daily prospecting efforts. Key Responsibilities - Own the daily outbound activity model, including call-volume targets, call blocks, follow-up cadence, connect-rate tracking, and meeting conversion benchmarks. - Build, optimize, and manage high-volume outbound prospecting workflows and dialing processes - Develop targeted outbound lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM databases, and other prospecting platforms - Execute daily outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging - Create and refine outbound messaging, call scripts, hooks, and follow-up sequences based on market feedback - Track outreach performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates across outbound campaigns - Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, pipeline tracking, and sales activity management - Generate qualified meetings and sales-ready opportunities for the sales team - Identify hiring signals, expansion opportunities, and staffing pain points across target accounts - Collaborate closely with leadership to improve outbound strategy and market positioning - Eventually support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing additional SDR team members as the department scales - Help establish SDR best practices, outbound KPIs, accountability systems, and operational structure Requirements - Previous experience as an SDR Manager, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Staffing Sales Representative, or outbound sales leader - Strong experience setting up high-volume list-building and dialing processes - Proven success in high-volume cold calling and outbound pipeline generation environments - Experience building outbound workflows, prospecting sequences, and lead generation systems - Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales strategy and sales pipeline management - Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and future team leader - Excellent objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outbound initiatives simultaneously - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment - Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and execution discipline Preferred Qualifications - Background in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, RPO, or HR services industries is preferred but not necessary - Experience selling staffing solutions or recruitment services - Experience managing or mentoring SDR teams - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms - Experience analyzing outbound KPIs and optimizing SDR performance metrics - Startup or high-growth company experience preferred Benefits - $2500 USD Base + plus comms (Negotiable) - Performance-based bonuses and incentives - 100% remote work flexibility - Career advancement opportunities within a growing company - Ongoing sales training and recruitment industry development - Collaborative and high-performance team culture

The majority of our volume sits in the US market, primarily across central and eastern time zones, where fees reflect the seniority and scarcity of the people we place.
